Pregnancy & Boston Legal.. :)

I am in my 9th month of pregnancy...and if u have ever been pregnant, u know that u get loads of advice from people who have been there, people who r far from there and from those who will never be there. People suggest tons of 'happy', 'calming', 'stress-relieving' thingies...yoga, meditation, reading, certain music, certain movies.

Luckily for me, I had the best prergnancy.. no stress, no tensions, working from home as per my convenience...it was the best! I pretty much did everything I thoroughly enjoyed with the simple logic that in these special days, if I am happy the baby is bound to be happy.
Anyhoo...I somehow landed up watching a lot of Boston Legal during my pregnancy. This show has everything, drama, emotion, power, arguments (obviuosly), relationships, company politics, and above all intelligence. It is a very very demanding show...I think u enjoy it the most if you dedicate ur 45 minutes to it and watch it without missing even the smallest bit. I m not like this for all shows but this show makes me wanna sit and watch the whole show without any interruptions. The characters are so strong, they are such marvelous actors. The script & concept is so very powerful, I am a fan..absolute crazy fan! Best thing is, after seeing the show my husband has become an absolutely crazy fan himself. We talk about the show like they are real people from our lives and I am afraid my baby probably thinks they really are because she/he has heard their voice so often in this short period. The baby always kicks when I am watching BL, I donno if thats a coincidence or my babe likes it :]

People strongly believe that what u teach your baby in these 9 months is very crucial as it 'apparently' stays with the baby for almost all its life...But with that logic, I know my baby has a good chance of becoming Alan Shore, Denny Crane, Sherly Schmidt...lol. My mother is definitely not very thrilled about the thought of her grandchild becoming a lawyer, and if the baby has arguing skills like his father...forget all the cranes, pooles and schmidts.. ;]
